The fatigue results. Sleep. Advice of valuable rest.

The fatigue results
A person, who does not pay enough attention to the rest, may be distinguished by:

  • frequently drunk coffee 
  • additional cigarettes 
  • attacks of overeating 
  • emotional sallies 
  • frequently drunk alcohol 
  • passiveness, sleepiness, the feeling of senselessness etc.

Such person can evaluate the role of the rest, or to spend half of his/her life suffering from depression, fattiness, heart and oncology diseases, dependence on various diseases, wading through family crises.

The perfect form of rest
If you want to have a really good rest you do not need a lot of efforts – just sleep.

During decades of neurophysiologic tests of sleep the scientists stayed that the main function of sleep is a regulation of brains activity and its rehabilitation. It is also stayed that the best sleep is in a well aired room with a temperature of about 22 °C.

Every person’s necessity of sleep is different and depends on his/her physiology and working activity – exhausted and tired you will sleep more, and during holidays you will sleep less.

If you want to fall asleep quicker fallow the advice given by Dale Carengie in his book “How to Stop Warring and Start Living”: lie down, close your eyes and turn up the whites of eyes. Lie breathing calmly. This is the state of a sleeping man and your organism will soon understand the “hint”.

So, the first aim of the rest is to sleep long and well, only after that you will really enjoy your free time.

Necessary to know
The word “holidays” does not often mean that we relax well. Everyone has had days-off after which he/she has been really tired.

If you want to get energy and revive, you must know some useful facts:

  • if you want to relax, you must change the environment you are tired of. The doctors often advice patients with weakened nerve system or fatigue to change the environment. This changing has a curing effect.
  • physical activity improves body tonus, activates metabolism, betters sleep, removes stress results. The aim of your physical activity must be not in hundreds of run kilos, but in your well-being, cheerful and fresh mood.
  • healthy food does not upload organism, provides energy, activates immune system and brains activity (eat more fish, carrots, nuts, fruits etc.); human’s biological age depends on genes, and active age depends on nutrition.
  • massage, swimming, bath procedures help to relax, remove fatigue, stress, influence positively long-term state of health. Massage and water procedures are one of the most effective means to relax aching muscles. It is stayed that a regular and careful massage stimulates the creation of endorphins – elements having influence upon human’s physical and emotional state, and the water relaxes and gives freshness.
  • nature and healthy environment calm your mind, decreases stress. The rest in nature decreases the symptoms of chronic diseases – blood pressure is regulated, backache and migraine subside.
  • According to psychologists, even several days of balanced holidays are enough to feel yourself fresh and happy, to restore energy and better body.
