The perfect form of rest
If you want to have a really good rest you do not need a lot of efforts – just sleep.
During decades of neurophysiologic tests of sleep the scientists stayed that the main function of sleep is a regulation of brains activity and its rehabilitation. It is also stayed that the best sleep is in a well aired room with a temperature of about 22 °C.
Every person’s necessity of sleep is different and depends on his/her physiology and working activity – exhausted and tired you will sleep more, and during holidays you will sleep less.
If you want to fall asleep quicker fallow the advice given by Dale Carengie in his book “How to Stop Warring and Start Living”: lie down, close your eyes and turn up the whites of eyes. Lie breathing calmly. This is the state of a sleeping man and your organism will soon understand the “hint”.
So, the first aim of the rest is to sleep long and well, only after that you will really enjoy your free time.
